The Driving Range Speed Plan is designed to add structure to your range sessions. Please follow the notes in the sessions for some helpful coaching tips on how you can increase your speed.
We recommend that you do a nice warm up and hit some balls before you start the speed sessions.
When you are working through your speed shots, please do not worry about the result. Your focus is on moving the club as fast as you can for the prescribed sets and reps.
